Acceptance of Terms. By using https://apexelectriccanyonlake.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Apex Electric markets and arranges EV Charger Installation, Lighting Upgrades, Electrical Installation, Electrical Repair, Electrical Maintenance. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Apex Electric (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://apexelectriccanyonlake.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Apex Electric makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Apex Electric arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Apex Electric from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
